About the Job
Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Windchill+ PLM Data Migration Architect for our Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka location. In this role, you will leverage the Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool, loaders, and APIs to execute large-scale PLM data migrations. You will be responsible for developing data load files, scripts, mappings, and transformation utilities. Key responsibilities include managing pre-load validation, load execution, post-load verification, and error resolution. Additionally, you will optimize migration performance and coordinate with SaaS tenants to understand Windchill+ constraints and update schedules.
**Your Profile:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in PLM data migration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically with Windchill or Windchill+.
- Direct experience with Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool or Windchill loaders (WBM, loaders, Info*Engine-based utilities).
- Demonstrated success in executing migrations of CAD, Documents, WTParts, and associated metadata.
- Expertise in:
- Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration tools
- Mapping transformation logic (attributes, soft types, classification)
- CAD data structures (Creo is mandatory; SolidWorks/NX is a plus)
- WTParts, EBOM management, CAD–WTPart associations.
