Deccan AI Experts, a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, is seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our fast-paced, remote team. We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data and AI-first scaled operations. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, optimize data architecture for efficient storage and retrieval, and deliver solutions for common data engineering and analytics requests. You will also play a key role in reviewing peer deliverables to enhance quality for AI research and diagnose/solve real-world data issues to improve machine learning systems. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours and competitive pay (₹1200/hour). We are looking for individuals with a strong background in SQL, ETL, database management, data warehousing, data modeling, and pipeline optimization, along with experience in tools such as Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and PostgreSQL. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
