Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead project delivery and design management. In this role, you will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional leaders to identify, plan, develop, and deliver a range of projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project procedures and execution plans, incorporating project controls and quality plans, and ensuring timely completion of designs and engineering deliverables. You will provide leadership to project teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project scope, budget, and cash flow. This position requires adherence to departmental working instructions and quality systems, effective communication, and proactive risk management. You will also investigate and implement efficiency improvements, manage change processes, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements. The role involves coordinating with other disciplines, resolving site technical issues, and participating in engineering management reviews. We are looking for individuals with 15-20 years of experience in Design Engineering, preferably in Process/Mechanical Engineering.
