Scout It Out is seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire development lifecycle of modern Single Page Applications. You will analyze requirements, develop innovative concepts, and implement robust solutions. Responsibilities include developing complex workflows, handling data efficiently, and writing scalable, maintainable, and readable code. Ensuring high quality through comprehensive documentation, code reviews, and various testing methodologies (UI unit tests, SPA tests) is crucial. You will collaborate effectively with international teams and ensure strict adherence to security and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications include expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks like React. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, LESS, and Ajax is expected. Experience with agile software development (Scrum) is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with scaled agile environments. A basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
