BAJAJ FINSERV HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to modernize and migrate Python-based applications to containerized environments on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS). You will support and maintain existing Python applications on Linux, manage load-balanced architectures for high availability, and analyze existing workloads for migration planning. Key responsibilities include containerizing applications with Docker, deploying and scaling on AKS/EKS, designing Kubernetes resources, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting application/infrastructure issues. You will also be involved in log extraction and root cause analysis using Azure Data Explorer. This role requires translating business requirements into technical solutions, owning end-to-end data project delivery, designing technical architecture, developing robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and platform stability, and resolving performance bottlenecks. You will establish best practices, act as a liaison with business users, and coordinate with development teams. Critical decisions will be made during production issues, and you will prioritize and escalate support tasks. Major challenges include balancing development timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring code quality and data integrity while scaling solutions. This is a Pune Corporate Office position.
