sribha infra build is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering freshers to join our team as Site Engineers in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time, entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our on-site construction activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with site supervision, ensuring the quality of work and materials, coordinating with contractors and site personnel, and maintaining accurate project progress reports. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision and execution of construction work.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, designs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and site labor.
• Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare daily progress reports (DPRs).
• Support in site layout marking and rebar placement checks.
• Uphold safety protocols at all project sites.
• Identify and report site issues or discrepancies to project leadership.
• Assist with project documentation and facilitate communication between site and office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to site challenges.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work at various project sites across Bangalore.
