Accenture is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code. You will leverage your development skills to deliver innovative, cloud-first, and agile solutions that help clients improve their services and solve challenging business problems.
We are building production-grade, agentic AI applications that move from idea to working solution rapidly. You will ship multi-agent workflows, secure enterprise integrations, and user-facing copilots on Microsoft's AI platform. This includes designing and implementing agent + workflow architectures, building and hardening prototypes to production standards (security, reliability, monitoring, cost), and implementing enterprise integrations with APIs, data sources, and functions.
You will also create and maintain evaluation harnesses for quality and regressions, and build with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows. This role focuses on agentic AI applications, RAG with enterprise grounding using Azure AI Search and Microsoft data sources, and building copilots/agents via Copilot Studio or pro-code stacks.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement agent + workflow architectures (single/multi-agent, routing, tool calling, memory/state). * Build rapid prototypes and harden them for production (security, reliability, monitoring, cost). * Implement enterprise integrations (APIs, data sources, connectors, functions) and ship end-to-end experiences (Teams/web). * Create and maintain evaluation harnesses (quality, regressions, safety, prompt/tool tests). * Build with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows (agentic coding, PR automation, tests).
**Must-Have Skills:** * Strong software engineering in C#/.NET and/or Python. * API-first and cloud-native patterns. * Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI app development and tool/function calling patterns. * Experience building agentic systems using frameworks like Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel. * Production mindset: testing, CI/CD, telemetry, incident readiness. * Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB / Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric. * Experience with Copilot Studio (agents, connectors, plugins, actions). * Secure-by-design principles (identity, secrets, least-privilege access).
**Good-to-Have Skills:** * Azure AI Foundry Agents experience. * Advanced Copilot Studio capabilities. * Practical use of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode.
**Minimum Experience:** 2 years in .Net Full Stack Development. **Educational Qualification:** 15 years of full-time education required.
