hrm counsel is seeking a passionate Software Engineer & QA Analyst to join our team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering user requirements and defining system functionality to designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions. You will write well-designed, testable code in various programming languages, including Java, .NET (e.g., JScript.NET), and Ruby on Rails. A strong understanding of SQL and ORM technologies (like Hibernate) is essential, as is experience with popular web frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC. You will also be responsible for developing software verification plans, executing quality assurance procedures, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
