**Responsibilities:** * Analyze user needs and define system specifications. * Design and develop software solutions following the software development lifecycle. * Document solutions through clear code, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications and standards. * Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending process changes. * Stay updated on the latest development tools, techniques, and computing equipment. * Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality. * Summarize development and service issues to provide insights. * Accomplish engineering and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
