Join DocuSign's Customer Admin Support Tooling team in Bengaluru and play a key role in developing sophisticated solutions for global enterprise account administration. You will collaborate within a focused scrum team to build elegant, user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows, impacting millions of users worldwide. This is an individual contributor role where you'll contribute to highly integrated, scalable solutions with a strong emphasis on reliability and security. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Product Management on design requirements, contributing to microservice architecture and design, writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code, and owning services from inception through monitoring and proactive issue resolution. You will also research new technologies, fix production issues, and participate in live site reviews to enhance site reliability.
