JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive the adoption of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (ADLC) within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Market Tech – Sales, Research, and Data portfolio. In this technical leadership role, you will empower engineering teams to embrace an Agent First development mindset by leveraging AI-powered coding assistants and LLM agent frameworks, such as GitHub Copilot and Anthropic Claude Code. You will champion ADLC transformation, provide technical enablement through workshops and documentation, and analyze data to drive process improvements. Your responsibilities will include leading the integration of automated testing, CI/CD, and resiliency engineering (including chaos engineering and fault injection) to ensure robust and fault-tolerant solutions. You will collaborate across teams, gather feedback to evolve ADLC standards, and distill complex AI concepts for diverse audiences. This role requires a strong focus on quality assurance, adherence to security and compliance standards, and defining metrics for continuous improvement.
