In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our Salesforce infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You'll leverage modern technologies to build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure, ensuring the seamless delivery of our digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Designing and implementing third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.
- Enforcing and monitoring Salesforce security controls (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Resolving problem records, incidents, and defects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Reviewing and guiding technical implementation strategies.
- Leading and mentoring Salesforce developers.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and contributing to strategic planning.
- Ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance policies.
- Driving continuous improvement in development and release processes.
- Utilizing GitLab for version control and CI/CD, managing pull requests and branching strategies.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
- Monitoring and optimizing Salesforce release cycles.
- Participating in code reviews and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations.
- Adhering to secure coding practices and implementing effective unit testing.
