Netsmart is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore. You will be instrumental in the full software development lifecycle for large, complex projects, independently designing, building, and producing software solutions. Leveraging Agile methodologies and structured delivery processes, you will lead team and project planning, collaborate on troubleshooting, and support issue resolution. This role involves providing technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to motivate teams towards shared aspirations, while establishing metric-driven goals and reporting status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions and the health and human services or post-acute marketplace is preferred. Availability outside standard business hours for rotational on-call is required.
