Google India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity team in Bengaluru/Bangalore. This role is crucial for building the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products, focusing on developer tools, internal platforms, and infrastructure. You will contribute to the core systems that drive innovation and ensure excellent, safe, and coherent user experiences.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will write and test code, participate in and lead design reviews, and review code from peers to ensure best practices. You will also contribute to documentation and educational content, and debug and resolve system issues.

**Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. * Write and test product or system development code. * Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders. * Review code developed by other developers and provide constructive feedback. * Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on product/program updates. * Triage product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve them.
