HighRadius, a leader in cloud-based Autonomous Software for the Office of the CFO, is launching new products through our entrepreneurship program. Join one of our stealth-mode startups as a Senior Software Engineer in Hyderabad and play a key role in designing and building groundbreaking financial products.
As part of a small, agile engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing foundational product elements and delivering scalable solutions for EI/Payment products, encompassing both robust backend processing and intuitive UI representations. You'll collaborate closely with product management and engineering leaders, contributing significantly to technical designs and implementation.
This role demands high-quality development at speed, with a focus on code reviews and ensuring code excellence. You'll also identify and fill product gaps by enhancing development processes and tools, and contribute to fostering a high-performance culture by mentoring junior developers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and build new products in a startup environment.
- Develop technical designs for product features and system integrations.
- Create scalable backend solutions for financial products.
- Implement UI representations for backend processing.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering leaders.
- Ensure high-quality, rapid development and conduct code reviews.
- Enhance development processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, LLD, DSA, Multithreading, and AWS.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL.
- Familiarity with frontend development and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React JS, ExtJS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AWS/GCP, GIT, and Jira.
- Proven designing and architecture skills.
